Query: What are the basic differences between the two types of elder care providers?

Answer: An agency such as The Caring Connection, Inc.  supervises its employees and provides them with liability insurance and workmens compensation; a registry of independent contractors provides no supervision and the caregiver is expected to purchase self-insurance.

Query: Will I be assured of the same caregiver being assigned to my loved one?
