Home Care

Why Choose The Caring Connection

The Caring Connection’s goal has always remained the same.  Our goal is to provide the best quality non-medical care to seniors living at home. We pride ourselves on being one of very few privately owned and operated in-home care agencies in the Lehigh Valley. Our agency is licensed, insured and all employees are covered by worker’s compensation. All of our Direct Care Workers go through extensive background checks and training before being placed with a client.

Our staff members are fully trained in assisting Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients, providing hygienic and personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, transportation and shopping assistance. We also offer supplemental non-medical care for hospice patients at home. The agency’s on-call staff is available 24 hours a day to assist clients if a need for care is immediate.

When the need for care arises, beyond that of which you can provide, call The Caring Connection. Care is at your door.

6 Benefits of Homecare

Peace of Mind – You will know that your loved one is safe and being cared for by a trained and knowledgeable staff member.

Better Health – Home Care is proven to increase mental health and reduce the rate of hospitalization in seniors.  Seniors who recover from a recent hospitalization, do so much quicker while at home in familiar surroundings.

Pride – Remaining at home will provide those you love with a feeling of independence.  This is extremely important, as it maintains their sense of pride and dignity.

Comfort – Your loved one will continue to live in the comfort of their own home, with familiar people and surroundings.

Socialization – Our staff will provide one-on-one interaction including engaging conversation, playing games and other social activities.

Respite – If you are the primary caregiver for someone, you may need some time for yourself.  Home Care makes it possible for you to do so, while your loved one is safe and being cared for.

We tried other services in the past and none of them were as knowledgeable, flexible, and most importantly caring.  I highly recommend The Caring Connection.
