If a friend or family member is placed on hospice, they may wish to remain at home, and will still need some additional in-home care. The Caring Connection will help to keep your loved one comfortable, safe and in their familiar surroundings. While the hospice program is a great resource, hospice teams are generally only able to provide a specific type of care. Our Direct Care Workers will be there to supplement your loved one’s medical care with some additional non-medical home care during this difficult time.
With our team of trained professionals, you will have the peace of mind knowing your friend or family member is being cared for. Our staff will be there to provide any personal care needed, prepare meals, assist with feeding, toileting, and make sure the correct medications are taken on time. They will be there to provide the necessary compassionate care your loved one deserves.
